Precision Ovulation Test

Precision Ovulation Test

Balanced Hormones - Better Living

Track ovulation with precision.

Understanding when you ovulate is one of the most powerful ways to understand your body.

Raena Ovulation Tests are designed to give you clear, reliable insight into your cycle by detecting your luteinizing hormone (LH) surge—the biological signal that ovulation is about to occur.

How to Use

Using ovulation tests correctly makes all the difference. Here’s how to get the most accurate results:

How to actually use the strip
1. Collect urine in a clean container
2. Dip the test strip for the recommended time (usually a few seconds)
3. Lay flat and wait for results (typically 3–5 minutes)

How to Read the result correctly

  • The test line is as dark as or darker than the control line
  • This means ovulation is likely to happen in the next 12–36 hours

Know when to start testing

Start testing a few days before you expect to ovulate. For most women, that means beginning around day 10–12 of your cycle (with day 1 being the first day of your period).

If your cycle is shorter, start a bit earlier. If it’s longer, start a bit later.

General rule: Start early enough that you don’t miss your LH surge, and continue testing daily until you see a positive result.

What to do with a positive test

  • This is your most fertile window
  • If trying to conceive, this is the optimal time

Keep tracking month to month

Patterns matter. Over time, you’ll start to understand:

  • When your body typically ovulates
  • How consistent (or inconsistent) your cycle is
  • Whether ovulation is even occurring regularly

Stay informed through perimenopause

Stay informed through perimenopause

As cycles become more irregular in perimenopause, ovulation can become less predictable. Testing allows you to see if and when you’re still ovulating, giving you clearer insight into what your body is doing during this transition.
